Security
- Passwords: BCrypt cost 12
- JWT: HS256, 1hr expiry, per-request user existence check
- All secrets via environment variables — nothing hardcoded
- Input validation on all endpoints (Jakarta Validation)
- User data isolation enforced at service layer
